Job Title: HR Manager (Sales)
- Handle hiring, offer/appointment letters, joining formalities and employee records.
- Manage attendance, leave and payroll for a 50-member sales team, including incentives, deductions and reimbursements.
- Check monthly travel claims, market attendance and outlet visits. Speak with employees about discrepancies and coordinate corrections with sales managers.
- Maintain employee compliance records (PF/ESI details, salary and attendance records, wherever applicable) and coordinate with accounts/consultants.
- Handle employee queries, and concerns.
- Manage Full & Final settlements.
- Prepare monthly HR MIS reports.
Requirements: Practical HR experience, good Excel and communication skills are must. Experience handling field sales teams is must. Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
