About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and people-first HR Manager to lead and scale our people practices at Gray Matrix. You’ll be responsible for defining HR strategy, driving execution across core functions, and building a culture that supports growth, belonging, and performance. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Director and working closely with functional heads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement HR policies, structures, and engagement programs aligned to organizational goals.

- Lead and mentor a team of HR and Talent professionals across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance cycles.

- Oversee strategic workforce planning, compensation frameworks, and HRMS/data hygiene.

- Ensure labor law compliance, documentation, audits,



and risk management protocols.

- Drive retention and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) goals through culture programs, surveys, and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

- 5–9 years of HR experience with exposure to scaling teams in fast-paced environments.

- Robust understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and performance frameworks.

- Prior experience mentoring HR business partners or generalists.

- Excellent communication, empathy, and decision-making skills.
