Job Title: HR Manager Company: Global Tender Services Location: Borivali West (Orion Business Park) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month Week Off: 2 Alternate Saturdays and All Sundays off

: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring smooth HR operations. HR Manager must have recruitment experience, HR operations experience and even recruitment and operations Team handling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

 Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

 Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution

 Monitor performance management and appraisals

 Maintain employee records and HR documentation

 Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

 Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

 Coordinate with management on HR strategies and workforce planning





Requirements:

 Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role

 Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

 Robust leadership and decision-making skills

 8–10 years of HR field experience
