We are looking for a strong HR Manager to professionalize our HR systems.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager from FMCG / QSR / Retail / Food Manufacturing background who can handle end-to-end HR - from factory workers and store staff to corporate hiring,



compliance, payroll and culture building for a legacy brand.

Candidate Profile - Who Can Apply

- MBA in HR / MSW / PGDM-HR with 5-10 years of experience.
- Mandatory: 3+ years experience as HR Manager in FMCG / Food Manufacturing / QSR / Bakery / Retail / Hospitality industry handling both blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
- Strong knowledge of Factory HR and Telangana Labour Laws.
- Experience in handling large retail store manpower (100+ staff).
- Proficient in Telugu, Hindi, and English - must be able to handle local factory staff.
- Hands-on with HRMS, payroll software, MS Excel, attendance systems.
- Robust personality - firm, disciplined, approachable, good with people management
