Position: HR Recruiter Apprentice

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR), or any relevant field

Job Responsibilities

- Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and walk-in drives.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, calling trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Assist in onboarding and joining coordination.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned recruitment requirements.
