Mobius Bloom is a technology venture studio building AI-first software that helps businesses sell, serve, and run better. Our products are Whalexy (WhatsApp Business API automation) and Mobius EMS (AI-assisted employee management system).

About the role

We are looking for an HR Intern to get hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, policies and people analytics. You will work closely with the Founder and team leads, assist on live hiring and people processes, and gradually take on more ownership.

What you will do

- Draft job posts, source candidates, and shortlist resumes
- Schedule interviews and conduct initial screening calls
- Maintain candidate trackers and keep candidates updated
- Support onboarding of new joiners and prepare offer and appointment letters
- Collect, verify, and organise joining documents and employee files
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
- Support monthly attendance and payroll inputs under guidance
- Assist in planning engagement activities and collecting employee feedback
- Help draft and update HR policies and basic compliance documents




- Track hiring and attendance metrics and prepare simple reports

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, business administration, psychology, management, or a related field (BBA, MBA-HR, or equivalent)
- 0–1 years of experience; internships and personal projects count
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with MS Word, Excel or Google Sheets, and email
- Strong ownership, organisation, and follow-through
- Respect for confidentiality when handling employee and candidate data
- Available full-time, on-site in Raipur for the duration of the internship

Good to have

- Prior HR or recruitment internship or college project
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or Naukri
- Basic knowledge of Indian labour laws, payroll, or HRMS tools
- Interest in SaaS, technology, or startup culture

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
