We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR operations across our restaurant outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding, employee documentation, and attendance management.
- Coordinate with restaurant managers on staffing requirements.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR administrative tasks.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced restaurant environment.
Location: Kochi, Kerala Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
