: HR Intern

Location: Noida, Sector 125

Experience: 0–6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, follow-ups, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and induction of current employees.
- Support HR in attendance, employee engagement, and other HRMS-related activities.




- Assist in preparing HR letters, documents, reports, and other employee-related records.
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
- Assist with background verification and employee documentation.
- Handle routine HR queries and coordinate with employees for necessary requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹96,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
