About the Role

Acumaxis, HR Services is looking for a motivated and organised intern to support HR coordination, recruitment research, online outreach and client-related projects. The role involves assisting with recruitment activities and supporting an international client's research and outreach requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- HR & Recruitment: Assist with candidate sourcing, LinkedIn outreach, candidate follow-ups, database management and interview scheduling.
- Research: Research and identify relevant PR agencies, media agencies, investors, funding organisations and key decision-makers.
- Outreach & Communication: Draft professional emails and LinkedIn messages, contact relevant organisations and manage follow-ups.
- Data Management: Prepare and maintain contact lists, candidate trackers and research reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Coordination: Maintain outreach records,



track responses and provide regular updates on assigned tasks.

Requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email communication and online research.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Valuable organisational skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Laptop/PC and reliable internet access.
- Graduates and final-year students may apply. Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with prior experience in recruitment, LinkedIn outreach or business research will be preferred.
