Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead HR operations, talent acquisition, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and performance management while aligning HR strategies with the company's business objectives.

Mandatory Requirement: A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry is compulsory. Candidates without real estate industry experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments and levels.
- Develop workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure timely hiring, onboarding, and employee retention.

2. Payroll, Compensation & Compliance

- Oversee payroll processing, compensation, advantages, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with finance teams and external consultants on payroll and compliance matters.

3. Performance Management & Development

- Implement performance appraisal and employee evaluation systems.




- Drive employee training, leadership development, and career growth.
- Support succession planning and retention initiatives.

4. HR Operations & Employee Relations

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and engagement initiatives.
- Manage onboarding, attendance, leave, exit formalities, and HR documentation.

5. Strategic HR Leadership

- Align HR initiatives with business goals and expansion plans.
- Build a positive, accountable, and high-performance work culture.
- Advise senior management on HR matters and workforce planning.
- Monitor HR metrics, employee turnover, and recruitment performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience in a senior HR management or HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compensation, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in HR policy development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and people management skills.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salary ₹8,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum (7–10 LPA)
