About the Role

Rahane Group is seeking a dynamic HR Head to drive end to end HR operations and talent acquisition, with solid experience in Real Estate hiring. Handson knowledge of Zoho HRMS is required, while Financial Services/Stock Market hiring experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle.
- Implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Hands on knowledge of Zoho HRMS for employee management, attendance, leave, and HR processes.
- Work closely with management and department heads on HR matters.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across various levels.
- Prior experience in Real Estate hiring is required.( Mandatory)
- Experience in Financial Services/Stock Market hiring will be an added advantage.
- Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiations, offers, and onboarding.
- Manage KPI/KRA-based performance management, appraisals, promotions, increments, and incentives.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective measures/PIPs where required.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Monitor attrition and address employee concerns.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues professionally.
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end payroll and salary administration.




- Ensure accurate processing of salaries, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and FnF.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate statutory filings, registrations, challans, and compliance requirements.
- Manage onboarding and induction programs.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives.
- Support employee growth and career development.
- Prepare HR MIS and management reports.
- Track key metrics such as hiring, attrition, absenteeism, productivity, and engagement.
- Exposure to HR analytics and dashboards will be an added advantage.

Note: Candidates with hands-on experience in Real Estate recruitment will be preferred. Experience in Financial Services/Stock Market hiring will be an added advantage.
