Position: HR Generalist

Educational Qualifications

Candidates with any one of the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

- LL.B. with an HR Diploma or relevant HR qualification/MCom(HRM)
- MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) or Hospital Administration (HA)
- MA in Human Resource Management / HR-related discipline
- MSW – Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PM & IR)
- MA in Psychology with specialization or exposure to Organizational Behaviour (OB)
- Relevant HR certifications are CIPD, SHRM, PGD HR ,HR Analytics (IIM) or equivalent professional qualifications

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in end-to-end HR operations and generalist functions.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and employee relations.




- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement.
- Ability to manage HR documentation, policies, audits and disciplinary procedures.
- Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality or other structured service-sector organizations will be an advantage.
