Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing requirements

- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters

- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

- Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee development

- Support performance management and employee engagement

- Maintain a positive and professional work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or a related field

- 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in hotels/restaurants

- Solid knowledge of HR operations and recruitment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to handle a fast-paced hospitality environment

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Malappuram District, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
