Bhairavi World is a luxury gifting and chocolate house creating bespoke chocolates, luxury hampers, corporate gifts, wedding favours and exceptional gifting experiences.

We are looking for an exceptionally driven HR Fresher who wants to work close to the Founder and experience what it takes to build a premium brand from the ground up.

You will see how decisions are made, how teams are built, how people are managed and how a luxury business is scaled, day-to-day business operations.

If you are looking for a predictable 9-to-5 job with repetitive administrative work, this is not the role for you.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. TALENT SCOUT — Find Exceptional People

You will become the first filter for talent at Bhairavi World.
- Source candidates proactively rather than waiting for applications.
- Build relationships with colleges, institutes and relevant talent communities.
- Help us identify interns and young talent across marketing, social media, e-commerce, sales, operations and other functions.

1. FOUNDER’S OFFICE — Make Things Happen

You will assist the Founder’s Office with a wide variety of high-priority projects. Researching new business opportunities, coordinating with a vendor, preparing information, following up, execution of a recent initiative. You will be expected to:




- Research quickly and intelligently.
- Coordinate across people and departments.
- Follow up relentlessly.
- Maintain trackers and schedules.
- Handle confidential information responsibly.
- Take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
- Figure things out instead of waiting for instructions for every step.

1. THE FOLLOW-UP MACHINE

At Bhairavi World, things move fast. You may be coordinating with - Candidates, Employees, Vendors, Colleges, Consultants, Marketing teams, Operations, The Founder

QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent communication skills - You should be comfortable speaking to strangers, candidates, senior professionals.
- Organisational Skills - You can manage multiple conversations, interviews, schedules and trackers without losing the plot.
- Professionalism - You understand that we are building a luxury brand and that standards matter.
- Hunger - We are looking for someone who wants to grow.
