Role: HR Executive

Experience: 1-2 Years

Work Location: Vasai, Mumbai

Work Mode: Onsite

Work time : 10 AM to 7 PM (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements and provide regular hiring updates.
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and recognition initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment and employee records, trackers, and HR documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and other HR initiatives.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably with recruitment exposure.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with candidates, employees, and clients.
- Positive follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
