Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, sales, and internship positions.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview rounds, and manage follow-ups.
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
- Implement HR policies, workplace rules, and employee discipline procedures.
- Maintain employee records and support applicable labour law and statutory compliance.
- Listen to employee concerns, resolve workplace issues professionally, and maintain confidentiality.
- Support employee motivation, performance reviews, team engagement, and retention.




- Coordinate with management on hiring plans, performance concerns, and HR operations.
- Ensure employees understand company expectations, policies, and responsibilities.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations.
- Good understanding of HR policies, employee documentation, labour laws, and compliance.
- Strong communication, listening, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand digital marketing roles and identify suitable candidates.
- Ability to motivate employees while maintaining accountability and discipline.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

Work Location & Application This is a full-time, strictly work-from-office position at our Indira Nagar office in Lucknow. Remote, hybrid, freelance, and part-time arrangements are not available.
