We are looking for an experienced and energetic HR Executive – Recruitment to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment experience, particularly in the Construction/Real Estate/Engineering industry, and should be capable of independently managing the complete recruitment cycle.

Experience: Minimum 2- 5 years

Industry Preference: Construction / Engineering / Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

Managing end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.

Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.

Handling recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, particularly within the construction industry.

Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews.

Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and senior management.

Managing candidate communication and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Conducting headhunting for critical and niche positions.

Maintaining and updating the candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Coordinating the offer, joining,



and onboarding process for selected candidates.

Working closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.

Supporting other HR-related activities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment

✔ Mandatory experience in hiring for the Construction/Engineering industry

✔ Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition

✔ Good understanding of technical and site-based roles

✔ Strong sourcing and headhunting skills

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple positions and recruitment requirements simultaneously
