We are hiring an HR Executive with robust functional expertise in HRMS/ HRIS platforms for Kochi. In this role, you will drive functional system optimizations, manage HR workflows, oversee end to end payroll administration and support core employee relations.
Key Requirements
HRMS Functional Expertise: Strong Functional knowledge of HRIS/HRMS Modules, workflow management and system utilization.
Education: Bachelors/ Masters degree in Human Resource management.
Experience: 2-3 years in core HR System
Skills: Strong oral & written communication capabilities
Notice period: Immediate- 30 days
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
