We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our Real Estate Development Company, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
- Employee records and HR documentation
- Employee relations and grievance handling
- Performance appraisal and exit formalities
- HR MIS and management reporting

Requirements :

- Graduate / MBA-HR preferred
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Experience in a Real Estate Development Company preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office / HRMS
- Ability to independently handle HR operations

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
