We are looking for a detail-oriented Hr Recruiter to manage and support end-to-end background verification processes. The candidate will be responsible for verifying candidate information, coordinating with candidates and stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of verification cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct background verification checks including employment, education, identity, address, and reference verification.
- Collect and review candidate documents for verification. Coordinate with candidates, previous employers, educational institutions, clients, and third-party vendors.
- Follow up on pending documents and verification responses.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate critical findings to the concerned team. Maintain accurate records and update verification status in internal systems.




- Prepare verification reports and maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
- Handle multiple verification cases while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 2 years of experience in BGV, Recruitment, or related fields preferred.
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and web-based platforms. Ability to manage multiple cases and work within deadlines.
