About the role

Crossing Infotech is looking for an HR Executive Intern to support recruitment coordination, candidate communication, HR documentation, and day-to-day people operations.

This opportunity is suitable for freshers and graduates who want to understand how recruitment and HR operations work in a qualified environment. You will work on structured HR assignments while learning about different stages of the employee lifecycle.

What you will work on

- Assist with sourcing candidates through relevant recruitment channels.
- Review resumes against basic role requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Contact candidates regarding interview schedules and next steps.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and relevant team members.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Support preparation and organization of HR documents.
- Maintain employee information and HR records with appropriate confidentiality.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and other basic HR trackers.
- Prepare simple HR reports and recruitment updates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding pending information or documentation.
- Support internal HR communication and coordination.
- Assist with employee engagement and HR activities where required.
- Follow established HR procedures and confidentiality standards.
