Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage bulk hiring processes for various positions across multiple locations.
- Coordinate with recruiters to identify top talent and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality.
- Ensure timely onboarding of recent employees through HRIS system management.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in HRBP role or similar function.
- Proven track record in bulk hiring, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer generation.
