We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities at our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, employee attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, contractor labor management, employee relations, and HR administration.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling factory workers, contract labor, and shop-floor HR activities, along with a valuable understanding of applicable labor laws and factory regulations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
