Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role based in Hyderabad with immediate joining preferred. The HR Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding team members.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining employee records, supporting payroll inputs, organizing training and development activities, and assisting with performance management processes. The role also involves handling employee queries, promoting a positive workplace culture, ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed, and coordinating with management to support staffing and compliance requirements.



The HR Executive will work closely with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Candidates should possess HR operations skills such as employee record management, attendance and leave tracking, and support for payroll processing.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance practices relevant to corporate and education consultancy environments.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Candidates should possess robust organizational and time-management skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software tools.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications or prior HR experience in an education or service sector setting are an advantage.
