We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various departments. The ideal candidate should have experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and offer management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions across departments.

- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and hiring managers.

- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.

- Conduct initial candidate interactions to assess suitability, interest, and salary expectations.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.

- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts with the concerned team.





- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions while providing a positive candidate experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any graduate degree.

- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 15 days are preferred.
