We are a fast-growing company in Skill Education, AI & Robotics Labs, working with Schools & Colleges across Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal. We are expanding our team at our Zirakpur Head Office.

Role: HR Executive cum Recruiter

We are looking for a smart, confident, and responsible HR professional who can handle end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

- End-to-end recruitment for Technical person trainers, Robitics, STEM Trainers, AI Faculty, Operations.
- Screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups & onboarding
- Building a talent pipeline for Punjab & J&K; region

HR Operations & Policy:

- Joining formalities, documentation, offer letters, appointment letters
- Employee attendance, leave management, HRMS
- Implementing HR policies, code of conduct, performance appraisal
- Employee engagement & retention activities
- Handling employee queries and grievances




- Coordination with management for manpower planning

Required Skills:

- Excellent Communication Skills - English, Hindi & Punjabi preferred
- Must have experience in Recruitment (Education / EdTech / IT preferred)
- Good knowledge of HR Policies, Labour Laws & Documentation
- Confident, presentable and good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, HR tools
- Ability to join quickly and handle pressure

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant HR/Recruitment experience.
