Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment, documentation, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage joining, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and databases.
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related queries.
- Assist in payroll processing and monthly HR reports.
- Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.




- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist management with various HR-related tasks and activities.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust coordination and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Good knowledge of HR documentation and employee lifecycle processes.

Qualification: Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
