Job Summary

VeCura Wellness is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive with 15 years of experience in recruitment and human resources. The ideal candidate should have experience or strong exposure to the hospital, healthcare, salon, beauty, wellness, hair, skin, or aesthetics industry.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, HR operations, and supporting staffing requirements across wellness and healthcare-related teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across hospital, wellness, salon, hair, skin, beauty, and aesthetic services.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and management.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, selection, salary discussions, offer release, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR reports.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with clinic, hospital, salon, wellness, and operational teams.
- Assist in employee engagement, attendance, leave, and basic HR operations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is updated.
- Support employee grievance handling and workplace communication.
- Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for healthcare and wellness-related positions.
- Understand the specific manpower requirements of clinical, technical, beauty, and support functions.

- Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing skills.
- Good knowledge of healthcare and wellness industry hiring.
- Understanding of recruitment for doctors, nurses, therapists, technicians, counsellors, beauticians, hair specialists, skin therapists, front-office executives, and support staff.
- Good knowledge of hair, skin, beauty, salon, wellness, and aesthetic industry roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate engagement and follow-up skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand technical and non-technical job requirements.
- Knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment.
- Valuable MS Office / Google Workspace skills.
- Ability to maintain recruitment MIS and HR documentation.
- Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coordination skills with management and different departments.
- Professional attitude with good people-management skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Bachelor's degree; HR/Business Administration specialization preferred.
- Minimum 1 year to maximum 5 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience.
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, salon, wellness, beauty, hair, skin, aesthetics, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Fresh candidates without relevant experience may not be preferred for this position.
