Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail positions, including Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Sales Executives, Cashiers, Store Associates, and other store staff.

- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, walk-ins, job fairs, and local recruitment networks.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and store operations teams.

- Maintain a database of potential candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per recruitment targets and manpower requirements.

- Coordinate offer rollouts, salary negotiations, joining formalities,



and follow-ups with selected candidates.

- Track candidate joining ratios and reduce offer dropouts and early attrition.

- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports, including open positions, interviews, offers, and joining status.

- Work closely with store managers and regional HR teams to understand manpower requirements.

- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
