– HR Executive (Engineering / Machine Shop)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience in an engineering or machine shop company. The candidate must have a strong understanding of HR operations in a manufacturing environment and be capable of handling employee-related activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for operators, technicians, engineers, and other manufacturing staff.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and overtime details.
- Maintain employee personal files, joining documents, and HR records.
- Handle onboarding, induction, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary details, and attendance reports.
- Monitor employee discipline and address employee-related issues.
- Coordinate PF, ESI,



and other statutory compliance activities.
- Manage employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for smooth HR operations.

Candidate Requirements:

- Must have 2–3 years of HR experience specifically in an engineering, manufacturing, or machine shop company.
- Candidates from other industries without relevant engineering/manufacturing experience are not preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of attendance, payroll, recruitment, and employee documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.
- Must be available for immediate joining.

Preferred Candidate: A candidate with hands-on HR experience in a machine shop or engineering manufacturing company who can join immediately. Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
