Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve employee experience and workplace engagement.

- Organize and coordinate cultural events, celebrations, and employee activities.

- Drive employee connect programs and initiatives to strengthen communication and employee relations.

- Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling, participant coordination, and feedback collection.

- Provide support in day-to-day HR Operations such as employee queries, documentation, onboarding, and HR processes.

- Support employee communication and HR initiatives across various departments.

- Maintain records and reports related to engagement, training, and other HR activities.

- Assist in planning and executing HR policies, programs, and activities.

- Handle other HR-related activities and responsibilities as assigned by management.





Candidate Profile:

- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and Training Coordination.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong event planning and coordination abilities.

- Ability to interact effectively with employees across different levels.

- Good organizational and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Positive attitude with a strong employee-centric approach.
