- Connect with students and graduates through calls and messages.

- Understand students’ educational background and career goals.

- Counsel students about suitable career paths and skill development opportunities.

- Explain courses, training programs, and career opportunities clearly.

- Handle student queries and provide appropriate guidance.

- Follow up with students regarding their career plans and requirements.

- Maintain candidate/student records and follow-up details.

- Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth counselling process.

- Build positive relationships with students and maintain regular communication.
