Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave details.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Assist with employee documentation and HR database management.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and company procedures.
- Support payroll activities by collecting attendance and timesheet data.




- Maintain and update employee files and HR trackers using MS Excel.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Support employee engagement activities and general administrative tasks.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to coordinate with candidates and employees professionally.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and confidentiality in handling employee information.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates from any degree background can apply.
- Freshers with an interest in Human Resources and administration are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
