Core Edge Academy is looking for a motivated and confident HR Executive & Video Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this role is HR operations, recruitment, candidate coordination, and student placement support. In addition, the candidate will represent the academy through educational videos on social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, a skilled attitude, and the ability to interact effectively with candidates, students, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Recruitment (Primary Role)

- Manage day-to-day HR activities and recruitment coordination.
- Contact candidates, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Review applications and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate with candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain candidate records, interview schedules, and recruitment updates.
- Coordinate with the team to understand hiring requirements and support recruitment activities.
- Assist students with job opportunities, interview coordination, and placement follow-ups.
- Handle leads provided by the digital marketing team and share relevant course information with prospective students.
- Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and assist with client coordination when required.

Video Representation (Secondary Role)

- Present educational and career-related content for the academy’s social media platforms.
- Create and record videos explaining IT courses, career opportunities, and training programs.




- Speak confidently in Telugu while presenting educational content.
- Appear on camera for regular video recordings based on topics provided by the team.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure video content is clear, engaging, and informative.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Confidence in speaking with candidates, students, and clients.
- Fluency in Telugu; English communication skills are an advantage.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting educational content.
- Basic computer knowledge, including email, MS Office, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.

Experience
- Experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or placement coordination is preferred.
- Experience in sales, customer support, business development, or education is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in HR may also apply.

Salary ₹20,000 per month, as per the company budget.

Candidates should be comfortable with the offered salary before applying.
