The Boise

City / Ada County Housing Authorities are currently seeking a Housing Representative to join our team. In this agile position, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of approximately 350 low-income households enrolled in the Section 8 Rental Assistance Program.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Process eligibility verifications and rent calculations for program participants

- Prepare all necessary documentation and maintain accurate records in the database

- Execute contracts and leases in adherence to program guidelines

- Address landlord-tenant disputes and investigate claims of fraud

- Communicate program rules and regulations to participants, landlords, and the public

- Conduct annual and interim re-certifications for enrolled households

- Prepare regular and special reports as required





- Perform other duties related to the position in a general office environment Qualifications:

- Preferred one-year experience in a human services program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- Valid Idaho State driver's license

- HCV Occupancy Specialist Certification (must be achieved within 6 months of employment date) Experience: Case management: 1 year (Preferred) Comprehensive benefits package includes:
