Job Overview

VocSkill Educational Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Housing Finance Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training to students and job seekers. The trainer will be responsible for developing candidates' understanding of housing finance, loan processing, customer handling, and banking operations to prepare them for employment opportunities in the housing finance sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom training on housing finance products, home loans, and related financial services.
- Explain the home loan process, including customer profiling, eligibility assessment, documentation, verification, and loan disbursement.
- Train candidates on CIBIL scores, credit assessment, income verification, and basic financial calculations.
- Provide knowledge of KYC, banking regulations, customer service, and compliance procedures.
- Develop candidates' communication, sales, customer relationship management, and skilled skills.
- Use practical examples, case studies, role-plays, and assessments to improve learning outcomes.
- Monitor student attendance, performance,



and progress throughout the training program.
- Prepare training materials, conduct mock interviews, and support candidates in placement preparation.
- Coordinate with the project and placement team to ensure successful completion of the training program.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in housing finance, banking, NBFCs, or financial services is preferred.
- Previous experience in training, teaching, or mentoring candidates will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of home loans, loan documentation, credit assessment, and customer handling.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain financial concepts in simple and practical terms.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with housing finance companies, banks, or NBFCs.
- Practical knowledge of home loan sales, operations, or loan processing.
- Ability to deliver structured, employment-oriented training.
- Comfortable working with fresh graduates and first-time job seekers.
