Housekeeping Supervisor – HM

Role: Housekeeping Supervisor Qualification: Hotel Management (HM) Experience: 2–5 years in Hotel/Resort Housekeeping

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and allocate duties to staff.
- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
- Monitor room readiness and coordinate with the Front Office team.
- Check linen, towels, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and hotel standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the Maintenance team.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Follow hygiene,



safety, and hotel SOPs.
- Maintain housekeeping checklists, room inspection records, and reports.
- Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of resources.

Required Skills:
- Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations.
- Leadership and team supervision skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, linen, and inventory management.
- Attention to detail and quality standards.
- Guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional grooming and discipline.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage busy operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
