Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations and staff.

- Ensure high-quality cleaning services and customer satisfaction.

- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.

- Check cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals before and after each job.

- Ensure proper use of cleaning materials and safety procedures.

- Inspect completed work and maintain quality standards.

- Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements and feedback.

- Maintain attendance, work reports, and daily service records.

- Report operational issues and equipment requirements to management.

Requirements

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping supervision is preferred.

- Good communication and team management skills.

- Ability to manage staff and complete work within scheduled time.

- Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.

- Willingness to travel to customer locations.

- Valid driving licence is an advantage

Pay: ₹19,000.00 per month
