Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Housekeeping Executive to lead a team of Housekeeping Associates and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency at our Bidar location.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and manage a team of Housekeeping Associates.
- Allocate duties, manage rosters, and monitor attendance and performance.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all designated areas.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and SOPs.
- Train team members on cleaning practices, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, cleaning materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.




- Maintain housekeeping reports and coordinate with the Administration team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in housekeeping or facility management.
- Proven experience in leading and managing housekeeping teams.
- Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and inventory management.
- Ability to manage daily operations independently.
