Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping GSA (Guest Service Associate) to join our hotel team in Rishikesh. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas while ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas as assigned.
- Change bed linen, towels, and other room amenities according to hotel standards.
- Replenish toiletries, guest supplies, and room amenities.
- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and hygiene standards.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost-and-found articles to the supervisor.
- Handle cleaning equipment and housekeeping chemicals safely.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping supervisor and front office regarding room status.
- Respond politely to guest requests and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain housekeeping trolleys, cleaning materials, and storage areas.
- Follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures.




- Ensure guest privacy and handle guest belongings responsibly.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 06 months to 1 year in housekeeping or hotel operations.
- Qualification: 10th pass, 12th pass, or relevant hospitality qualification preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Prior hotel or resort experience will be an added advantage.
