Role Description The Housekeeping Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that all guest areas, back-of-house spaces, and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

The Housekeeping

Executive oversees room and public area cleaning schedules, manages laundry operations, monitors inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, and ensures adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The role includes guiding and training housekeeping team members,



coordinating with other departments to address service requests, and responding to guest feedback to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

The Housekeeping

Executive also supports quality audits and implements process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Housekeeping , including knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment handling, and people management.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Effective Organization Skills for managing schedules, inventory, and housekeeping workflows.
- Experience in Training housekeeping staff and providing transparent guidance on standards and processes.
- Previous experience in hospitality, facility management, or a related environment is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, including flexible hours and rotational shifts if required.
- Basic understanding of safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines in guest-facing environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage.
