Distrikt 9 Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team in Palakkad, Kerala. The ideal candidate should be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction while ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and other assigned areas.
- Ensure all rooms and public areas meet the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities as required.
- Handle cleaning equipment and housekeeping supplies properly.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
- Follow hotel procedures for hygiene, safety, and sanitation.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow hotel standards.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
