Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Hotel Accountant to manage accounting records, daily transactions, billing, reconciliations, and financial documentation for hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Manage hotel billing, invoices, and payment documentation.
- Reconcile cash, bank transactions, and daily collections.
- Verify vendor invoices and process payments.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with departments for expense and revenue records.




- Assist in payroll and employee expense documentation.
- Maintain GST-related records and support tax compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Assist with audits and financial reconciliations.
