ABOUT THE SPIRITED SPOT The Spirited Spot (TSS) is a premium, high-energy cocktail bar and dining destination built around craft cocktails, global street food, live music and warm hospitality.

Our journey began in Nagpur, and we have now expanded to Baner, Pune, bringing together a cocktail-forward bar, globally inspired food, live entertainment and a memorable guest experience.

JOB ROLE

We are looking for a smart, confident, well-groomed and friendly Hostess who can create an excellent first impression for every guest visiting TSS Pune.

The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing arrivals, coordinating seating arrangements and ensuring a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a pleasant personality and a genuine interest in hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Guest Welcome & Reception

- Greet every guest warmly and professionally.
- Create a positive first impression of TSS.
- Assist guests with reservations and walk-in enquiries.
- Escort guests to their assigned tables.
- Ensure guests feel comfortable while waiting.
- Thank guests personally when they leave.

2. Reservations & Table Management

- Coordinate with the Reservation Executive and Guest Relationship Manager.
- Verify reservations and guest details upon arrival.
- Manage walk-in guests and waiting lists.
- Coordinate table allocation with the Restaurant Manager.
- Communicate waiting times clearly and politely.
- Ensure smooth seating during busy evenings and weekends.
- Maintain accurate guest arrival and seating records.

3. Guest Experience





- Recognise regular guests and remember their preferences.
- Assist guests celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions.
- Respond politely to guest enquiries and requests.
- Coordinate special requirements with the service team.
- Inform management about guest complaints or concerns.
- Ensure every guest receives a warm and qualified welcome.

4. Communication & Coordination

- Maintain excellent communication with the floor and reservations teams.
- Provide accurate information about restaurant timings, live music, Sunday brunch and special events.
- Explain basic seating and reservation policies.
- Communicate professionally with guests in English and Hindi.
- Assist with telephone and WhatsApp enquiries when required.

5. Reception Area Management

- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area.
- Ensure reservation lists and seating plans are updated.
- Maintain professional grooming and presentation throughout the shift.
- Follow all TSS guest-relations standards and operating procedures.
- Support the Guest Relationship Manager during high-volume operations.

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS Excellent spoken English and professional grooming are compulsory.

- Previous experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Executive or Front Office Associate preferred.
- Experience in a premium restaurant, high-energy bar, hotel or hospitality brand will be an advantage.
- Hotel Management qualification preferred.




- Excellent spoken English and good Hindi communication.
- Marathi communication skills will be an advantage.
- Smart, confident and pleasant personality.
- Excellent grooming and professional presentation.
- Strong interpersonal and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to remain calm during busy operations.
- Good organisational and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends and live-music nights.
- Fresh Hotel Management graduates with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Even when the restaurant is busy or guests have to wait, the Hostess should make them feel acknowledged, informed and valued.
