About the Role

We are seeking a warm, presentable, and customer-focused Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at our current café in Sultanpur. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to create a memorable first impression while ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.

- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating arrangements efficiently.

- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

- Coordinate with service and restaurant teams to ensure smooth guest flow.

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback courteously.

- Maintain an organized reception and waiting area at all times.

- Assist in managing peak-hour guest traffic and waiting times.

- Support special events, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives.





- Ensure adherence to the café's service standards and guest experience protocols.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Associate, Receptionist, or in a similar hospitality role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage.

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hospitality or Hotel Management background preferred.

- Experience in premium cafés, restaurants, hotels, or fine-dining establishments will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
