Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.

Generate business through corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, OTAs, and event planners.

Handle room bookings, group bookings, destination weddings, corporate events, and other hospitality inquiries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Identify current business opportunities and expand the hotel's customer base.

Coordinate with the Reservations, Front Office, Operations, and Marketing teams.

Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and sales performance.

Maintain client databases, sales reports, and revenue records.





Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.

Ensure excellent customer service and encourage repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Relevant experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality sales preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Knowledge of hotel booking platforms, room inventory, pricing, and meal plans.

Ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close sales.

Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools.

Compensation

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
