About MediFyr

MediFyr is a healthcare technology platform that connects patients with trusted hospitals and healthcare professionals. We aim to simplify healthcare access by helping patients find the right doctors, hospitals, and treatment options while building strong partnerships with healthcare providers.

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-oriented professional to join our team as a hospital relations & account manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in onboarding hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners onto the MediFyr platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital management, administrators, doctors, and key stakeholders.
- Manage assigned hospital accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for routine coordination.
- Coordinate documentation, partnership agreements, pricing details, and onboarding requirements.
- Conduct or assist with platform demonstrations and explain MediFyr’s services to hospital stakeholders.
- Drive partner activation, engagement, and long-term relationship growth.
- Coordinate with internal operations, booking, and business development teams to resolve partner-related issues.
- Maintain hospital account records,



track onboarding progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential growth areas within existing hospital partnerships.
- Visit hospitals and attend meetings as required to strengthen partner relationships.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in hospital relations, hospital onboarding, healthcare partnerships, key account management, or business development is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in healthcare business development may also apply.
- Experience in hospitals, clinics, HealthTech, healthcare providers, TPAs, or insurance companies will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hospital accounts and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel for hospital visits and business meetings when required.
