About the Role

Zucol Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Hospitality / F&B; Trainers for our skill development projects in Jaipur and Bharatpur.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training in Food & Beverage Service / Guest Service Operations and preparing students for employment in the hospitality industry.

Role: Hospitality / F&B; Trainer – Guest Service Associate

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Train students in Food & Beverage Service and Guest Service Operations.
- Provide practical demonstrations on table setup, napkin folding, menu knowledge and guest handling.
- Train students on order taking, billing procedures and service standards.
- Conduct training on barista operations and beverage preparation.
- Teach hospitality etiquette, grooming, communication and customer service.
- Ensure proper health, hygiene and safety practices.
- Conduct practical tests, viva, role plays and assessments.
- Support and coordinate On-the-Job Training (OJT).
- Maintain attendance, assessment records and training-related documentation.
- Monitor student performance and prepare them for employment in the hospitality industry.





Eligibility & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Food & Beverage or QSR will be preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Hotel, Restaurant, F&B; or Hospitality Operations.
- Minimum 1 year of training / teaching experience preferred.
- Solid practical knowledge of Food & Beverage Service and Guest Handling.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- TOT (Training of Trainers) certification will be preferred.
- Relevant hospitality / hotel industry skill certifications will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must be comfortable conducting both theoretical and practical training.
- Candidates available in or willing to relocate to Jaipur / Bharatpur will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary is negotiable for candidates with TOT certification and strong F&B; training experience.
