Job Responsibilities of Pharmacist/ Asst.(Pharmacy)

Pharmacy work:

1. Sales data entry in Tally/Mocero on daily basis
2. Entry of contact lens in Excel (Bill paid, dues & send by courier)
3. Maintain register of contact lens
4. Daily sales bill submitted to Account department.
5. Daily collections (Cash) submitted to Account department.
6. To submit monthly contact lens report.

7. Drug dispensing to patients
8. Tell the patients do and don’t of medicine.
9. To check the near expiry medicine on weekly basis.
10. To send courier of optical lens to patients.
11. To send medicine requisition to store department twice in a week.
12. Internal audit in a week.

Store work:

1. Goods receipt and checking as per purchase order like expiry date, batch no etc.

2. Purchase entry in Tally
3. Issuing materials & maintain in “requirement book”




4. Doing weekly internal audit
5. To check the near expiry materials especially clinical items on weekly basis.

NABH work:

1. Provide MOM training classes to clinical staff.
2. Management of high risk drug/medicine (Narcotic drugs, LASA medicine etc)
3. Multi-dose vial audit in ward/OT/OPD.

4. Maintain BLS checklist
5. Emergency drugs audit.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education

- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
- Basic computer: 1 year (Required)
- tally: 1 year (Required)
- Pharmacist: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
- & valid pharmacist license (Required)
