Nursing Incharge – Hospital

Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu Experience: Minimum 5 Years Industry: Hospital / Healthcare Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Nursing Incharge to oversee nursing operations and support the delivery of quality patient care. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating nursing staff, maintaining clinical standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day nursing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff.
- Allocate duties and prepare nursing staff schedules as required.
- Monitor patient care and ensure nursing procedures are followed properly.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Guide and support nurses in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Monitor nursing documentation and patient care records.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and hospital safety practices.
- Address nursing-related concerns and coordinate timely solutions.




- Monitor availability of nursing supplies and coordinate requirements.
- Support training and orientation of nursing staff.
- Maintain skilled standards and promote a patient-focused environment.

Requirements
- Relevant Nursing qualification with valid registration.
- Minimum 5 years of hospital nursing experience.
- Previous experience in a Nursing Incharge / Senior Nursing role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care practices.
- Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage staff and handle responsibilities effectively.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
